J.L. “Chip” Mack, III joined McWhirter in 1991 to focus on brokerage and property management. He specializes in the acquisition and brokerage of self-storage centers throughout the eastern United States and has completed 80 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $400 million.

Chip is a recipient of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Silver Phoenix Award and is a member of the Georgia Self Storage Association and the National Self Storage Association.
