Greer M. Hughes

Experience

Greer M. Hughes joined McWhirter in 2000 and became a Partner in 2014. She focuses on asset and property management services to medical office, general office, retail and industrial properties and property owner associations.

Greer oversees the Georgia and South Carolina portfolio of management services, encompassing 70+ properties totaling more than 6.5 million square feet. She works closely with property managers, asset managers and leasing agents to ensure properties meet their full operating potential. She also directs construction management for tenant improvement projects and capital improvement projects.

Accomplishments & Affiliations

Greer is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and serves on BOMA’s Governmental Affairs Committee. Greer is a real estate licensee in Georgia.

Education

Greer earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University.
