Experience
Justin L. Carswell joined McWhirter in 2012 as a sales agent and became a Partner in 2019. He specializes in providing brokerage and leasing services to healthcare and general office clients in Atlanta and the surrounding markets.
Accomplishments & Affiliations
Prior to joining McWhirter, Justin served as an analyst at Boulevard Capital Group, performing pre-acquisition due diligence on various real estate opportunities. He was also a senior project engineer at Holder Construction Company from 2006 to 2011, where he managed $550 million in construction projects across the United States. Justin is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and holds an associate broker’s license in Georgia and South Carolina.
Education
Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Science and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Auburn University.
